Athletic Fee Policy
Athletic Fees were instituted in 1985 to meet ever-increasing costs of running a first-class athletic program. The Athletic participation this year will be $175 for the first sport, first family member. Fee will be $125 for second sport, third sport, or for second family member for one, two or three sports. Additional $50 for first sport, first family member enrolls family in the STA Booster Club. These fees, as well as funds raised by the Athletic Booster Club, help defray increasing costs of uniforms, equipment, officials, transportation, sports awards, and the Sports Rehab program.
Checks should be made out to St. Teresa's Academy and must be paid before the uniform is issued. Students will not be allowed to participate in the sports program until financial arrangements have been made.
Athletic Participation Certification/Physical Form
In case of injury, MSHSAA requires that the "MSHSAA PARTICPATION CERTIFICATE - Physician/Parent/Student" form be completed. MSHSAA forms are available in the PE office or the School Office at any time. Completed forms must be turned in to the Athletic Office or the coach prior to starting the first practice of a season. Students may not participate until the forms are on file.
