STA Stars 14th Annual Junior Dance Clinic:
CALLING ALL GIRLS kindergarten through 8th grade! The dance team invites YOU to the 14th Annual Junior Dance Clinic! K-8th grade girls are invited to attend our dance clinic led by the award winning Stars Dance Team AND are invited to perform at the half-time of a Varsity basketball game! Pre-registration is preferred at $30.00 per girl. Cost includes clinic t-shirt, light snacks, crafts, and dancing. Walk-in Registration is $35.00. Please register by January 7th!
Clinic Details: Saturday, January 16, 2010. 1:00-4:00 p.m. in gymnasium

3:30 p.m. - Family & Friends Clinic Performance
Performance Details: Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Arrive at 6:00 p.m. Varsity tip-off at 7:00 p.m.

Competition Season:
The dance team's competition season has begun! The competition season includes 3 local competitions, followed by the Missouri Dance Team Association State Championship. The dance team also has 5 soloists competing and 1 duet competing at 2-3 competitions as well. Please come out and support the team!

The dancers took 1st place with their Jazz routine and 2nd place with their Hip-Hop routine. What a great kick-off to the competition season!

The dance team performed at all home JV / Varsity volleyball matches this fall. They will also perform at the halftime of all home Varsity basketball games this winter where they will perform routines learned at summer camp as well as their award winning competition routines.
