The 2009 Stars won the Lee’s Summit West tournament, won the tri at Blue Valley North and the Silver Division in the sophomore tournament at St. James Academy.

VOLLEYBALL NEWS---

CONGRATULATIONS STARS! The freshmen volleyball team took home first place at the Lee's Summit West tournament Saturday, September 20, 2008. After placing first in their pool, the Stars defeated Ray-Pec High School and Park Hill High School to make it to the Championship Game. Facing a formidable opponent in Lee's Summit West, the Stars won the match in two close, exciting games. For a picture of the team following their win, click on the following link.

Saturday, September 13, 2008, the freshmen Stars defeated the freshmen squads from O'Hara, Sion, & Miege at the Annual Catholic Classic. Aquinas was the only team capable of beating our Stars. The freshmen players faced O'Hara again on Wednesday, September 17, 2008, and pulled out another victory.
